Giving a Body / Movement Workshops following the Protest with Renana Raz
Protesting, demonstrating, is a practice that requires patience and time. It also takes a toll on us physically, mentally, and emotionally. It unites us and divides us. It's work in every sense. One needs to prepare and embrace this, to find a place for it.
Lessons are a space for charging the body and soul. The body that holds within it the tension, fear, uncertainty, anger, frustration, and rage is also the vessel through which we release everything outward, transform, reflect, play, and enjoy.
A small yet grand act of magic, available to us so easily.
Let's move, break, and physically experience concepts like "resistance," "group," "stubbornness," "perseverance." Let's move and become attentive to what is happening.
It's So Moving. Come and enjoy.
