Light Boxes: Stories in Shadow / Activity for children aged 7+ and their parents (in Hebrew)

In celebration of the Festival of Lights, we will step into the surprising world of illustrator Noma Bar, whose exhibition is on view at the Museum. In his work, shapes hide unexpected secrets—a leaf suddenly becomes a bee, and a simple line reveals a new figure when the light comes on. In the workshop, we will design, cut, and build our own light boxes using paper, transparencies, and tiny lights. Once illuminated from within, the shapes and cutouts will come to life, casting magical and unexpected shadows on the walls.

At the end of the workshop, each participant will take home an original light box of their own—a glowing creation for the holiday.
