Painting and Drawing: Everything Is Relative / A Weekly Hands-On Workshop / For Ages 9–12 (in Hebrew)

Led by Yarden Elkayam

A four-day workshop inviting participants to investigate the concept of scale through diverse two-dimensional creative practices. Throughout the workshop, we will experiment with a variety of drawing and painting techniques and discover how shifts in scale can transform a simple image into something new and surprising. Alongside the workshop practice, we will visit exhibitions in the Museum and consider how artists engage with scale in their work: where they focus on detail, how they operate within space, what is depicted as large or small, and how perspective shapes what we see. Through both individual and collaborative work, participants will deepen their powers of observation, develop imagination and a personal visual language, and discover new ways of telling stories through images. Over the course of the workshop, a creative process will gradually take shape as a personal artistic project.

The workshop is held weekly and will take place Monday–Thursday, July 6–9, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
The listed price covers all days of the workshop.
Spots are limited.
* It is recommended that participants bring something to eat and drink.
Note: This activity is in Hebrew only.
