ABSALON – 20 years after his death

Absalon, Cell No. 6, 1991

A comprehensive exhibition of works by Israeli-French artist Absalon, 20 years after his death. Absalon's white cells, made of simple materials, offer proposals for habitation and directly relate to the urban space, presenting a dialogue with the surrounding architecture. The exhibition's installation in the White City of Tel Aviv creates a new, exciting discourse between the artist's constructions within the museum and the architectural space outside.

This exhibition was made possible through the support of the Ostrovsky Family Fund, Marc Rich Foundation
With the assistance of the Embassy of France in Israel
