David Yannay: Architecture and Genetics

A retrospective exhibition of works by David Yannay (1935–2006). A ground-breaking architect, Yannay began developing digital methods for architectural design already in the 1970s, alongside a design theory based on genetic models. The exhibition presents his many projects—among them the Israel Oceanographic and Limnological Research Center and Beit Halochem, both in Haifa—as well as his theories.
