Noam Enbar: Preaching to the Choir

A Cycle of Events

Noam Enbar (b. 1978), a founding member of Habiluim, is a singer, composer and performance artist who creates musical-ritual works charged with a mythical local energy. “Preaching to the Choir” is a series of live events throughout the Museum, somewhere on the margin between ritual theater and ecstatic public singing. The exhibition offers an object that is the human voice—the voice of the singers, and at times the voice of the audience.
