Ron Gilad: The Logical, the Ironic, and the Absurd

RG2, 2013

Ron Gilad’s works require the viewer to embrace doubt as a value and to probe the validity of the seemingly obvious. This exhibition presents logical constructions alongside absurd scenes, and modernist aesthetic concepts alongside subversive seductions that undermine them. Gilad (born 1972) studied at the Department of Industrial Design, Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design, Jerusalem.
