First step — submitting an NFT

Please contact nftproject2022@tamuseum.com by email with the following details:

1. NFT file (image)
2. The name of the work or series
3. Author's name or nickname
4. Contact details of the lender (name, email address and telephone number)

• More than one NFT can be offered. Details about each file must be sent separately)

If your offer is accepted,

Step Two — We will contact you to borrow the NFT for display

At this stage, it will be necessary to provide the following details for the purpose of the exhibition and for the exhibition website:

1. Smart contract interaction
2. Token ID

Any and all submissions, or parts of the submissions, or any derivatives thereof are and shall remain the exclusive property of the submitter. Neither this offering nor your submissions to the museum shall warrant or guarantee that such submission be elected and/or portrayed in the museum and such election shall be at the sole and exclusive discretion of the museum.

Neither the choosing of your submission by the museum, nor any discussions or correspondence between the parties, shall constitute or imply a commitment or binding obligations between the parties to enter into any binding agreement. If in the future, the parties elect to enter into a binding commitment, such commitment will be explicitly stated in a separate, signed document.
